Adult Classes

Taekwondo

Our adult Taekwondo class is designed for individuals of all skill levels.  


Our certified instructors will guide you through a variety of techniques and movements, including strikes, kicks, blocks, and forms.


In this class, you will learn the principles of Taekwondo and develop your strength, flexibility, and coordination. 


 Our adult Taekwondo class is a high-energy and fun environment where you can challenge yourself, meet new people, and improve your fitness.  

Self Defense

$50/Month

In this class, participants will learn essential self-defense techniques and strategies to empower them in potentially dangerous situations. 


Drawing from a variety of martial arts, including boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, this entry-level defense program is specifically designed for women. 


Students will learn how to break an attacker's hold, defend against ground attacks and get back on their feet safely. 

Motion 5

$64/Month

Our program is circuit-based and combines high-intensity exercises with body weight and weighted resistance training. 


The workouts are challenging and designed to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. 


All exercises are scalable and can be modified to accommodate individual physical limitations.

Youth Taekwondo

This youth class focuses on building strength, flexibility and coordination through a variety of martial arts techniques and movements. Students will learn basic Taekwondo kicks, strikes, and forms, as well as self-defense skills. 


The class also emphasizes the development of self-discipline, respect, and confidence. The classes are taught by experienced instructors who are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential. 

Lil' Ninjas

This fun and interactive class is designed to introduce young children to the basics of martial arts, while also helping them develop important physical and mental skills.


Our class also focuses on building self-confidence and self-discipline, as well as respect for others. Children will learn the importance of listening, following rules, and working together.

Parkour

Our parkour class for boys is an action-packed and physically challenging program that focuses on the discipline of movement and the mastery of one's body. Students will navigate through obstacles, develop strength, balance, and coordination, and gain confidence in their abilities. Our experienced instructors who will guide them through a series of exercises and drills that will help them to improve their physical skills and overall fitness.

Tumbling

In this class, participants will learn the fundamentals of tumbling and develop the strength and flexibility needed for advanced skills. 


 This class is designed for girls of all skill levels and is suitable for beginners who have never tumbled before as well as those with some experience looking to improve their skills. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe environment for girls to learn, grow, and build self-confidence through tumbling.

Taekwondo is a martial art that originated in Korea. The name "Taekwondo" is composed of three parts: "Tae" meaning "to strike or break with the foot"; "Kwon" meaning "to strike or break with the fist"; and "Do" meaning "way" or "discipline". There are typically 9-10 belt levels in Taekwondo, depending on the organization or school.
