Our experienced coaches and trainers are ready to help you develop your boxing skills with mitt training, heavy bag workouts, and body weight exercises.
Our Boxing Boot Camp is a one-hour session and consists of an 8-minute jump rope warmup, 30 minutes of body weight and strength exercises, with boxing rounds on a heavy bag and mitts, and 15 minutes of core exercises and stretching.
Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7pm
Our Boxing Boot Camp Challenge is a coach-led fitness boxing program utilizing boxing combinations, resistance training, and your own body weight for a full body workout.
Boxing Boot Camp challenges you to lose weight and inches. If you lose 12 pounds within the scheduled 6 weeks of camp, attend 12 workouts, complete all 6 weekly food journals and submit your body measurement sheet - you WIN a FREE Boxing Boot Camp.
Boxing is a high intensity cardio workout that offers a significant calorie burn. Cardio boxing workouts burn more calories than other types of cardiovascular workouts.
